Dr. Frank Joseph Rabito, Jr., MD has been providing Infectious Disease services to the greater New Orleans area for many decades.
He studied medicine at the Louisiana State University medical school, completing his Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Disease fellowship at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation.
Dr. Rabito founded the Infectious Disease Associates group practice in 1999, offering inpatient consultations at the East Jefferson General Hospital. He has provided a broad range of Infectious Disease services over the years, including infection control, wound care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapies.
He is credentialed at numerous different hospitals in the community including East Jefferson General Hospital, Omega Hospital, Crescent City Surgical Center and Saint Charles General Hospital.
He has served on the Board of Directors for the Brown McCarty Clinic and continues to serve as the Medical Director for East Jefferson General Hospital Wound Care Center.
He has shared his expertise with numerous Infectious Disease publications in addition to assisting in medical review, offering expert legal testimony.
